Our man in the sand

Daly in IraqI’ve written about my buddy Daly several times on Rapid Eye Reality. The last couple days I saw him, we went on a beer run, rumbled down an old gravel road, and ended up at at music festival with our best friends. The next picture I see of him is the one on the left.

Now in his third tour, this guy still shoots with a camera 1000 times better than he shoots with an assault rifle. He’s currently operating best he can from the desert on a laptop with a broken “p” key.

I’m one of more than a few people wishing he was back here telling us the Chihuahua story.

If you’d like a look at life on the way to Baghdad, my buddy has just started blogging for the first time in his life. You’ll find him at Daly Briefing.

Thanks for sharing. I am never following a blog of someone fighting in the marines / army. It seems to be very interesting.
