Define “benefit”

The first time I saw this headline, I thought, “That might be funny. I’ll come back to it later and see if I still think so.”

    I think they’re referring to the women laughing hysterically in the waiting room at the squeals coming from the exam rooms. Sorta like payback for all the indignities we endure at the doctor’s office.
