Meme dump

I’ve been getting hit with a massive meme dump on Facebook. Despite how masturbatory it is (or perhaps because of…), I always end up completing the damned things. I think I do it, in large part, because these are the kinds of conversations I have with my buddies at bars, and I’ve been spending a lot less time with buddies at bars.

So, in an effort to get all of these out of my system at once and move on to something (anything!) of substance, here are the memes I was asked to complete this week.

Geez, I hate to do this to you but Movies of My Life was actually a very interesting process for me; the book list just scares the hell out of me. But movies well…

You know… I don’t see Canada listed on the countries meme. You should work on fixing that some day soon. I hear they have nice people up here.

I refuse to play those games on FB. If one must pester me with memes, they must come to my blog and beg, nay…BRIBE…me to participate. And then I usually do, but I throw in a couple of really weird answers just to see if anyone’s really reading. You know how it is in the age of twitter. People tend to lose interest after 140 characters (which I’ve already exceeded here happily). Gotta keep ’em guessing.
