This old blog

A few weeks ago, I let Rapid Eye Reality’s fourth anniversary pass without mention. I sometimes go weeks without posting here. There was a time when I posted here every day and sometimes a few times a day. That was back during the TV days when my life wasn’t soley about poker and parenthood.

I’ve always mantained that people don’t want to read abouut parenthood, pets, or personal problems. I have no real problems, but the other “P” in my life is poker, and like it or not, the poker world takes up a lot of my time.

In the shower the other day, I had all but decided to shut this site down. Call it quits. Archive everything and and say, “Aloha.”

But, for some reason I can’t. Even as I launch a new blog (my fourth now) with my Up For Poker collaborators, I still feel I may have something to say here. What it is exactly, I have no idea. I’m going back to Europe in a couple of weeks, so perhaps that will provide some good fodder for this space.

Or maybe I’ll just start writing about being a daddy, which, frankly is onoe helluva ride.
