I’m not much of a reactionary, but after spending the day in close consultation with people much smarter than me, I’ve built the following shopping list.
Bottle water
Canned tuna
20 pounds rice
50 pounds legumes (various)
New deadbolts
Solar panels for roof
Handgun
That should get us to April or so when we can slaughter and cure the hogs. And if all is well, then…well, we’ll be good for the annual Red Dawn Day. I get to be the head of the Wolverines this year! So much better than being Nameless Russian #3.

Gold/Silver. Also, Liquor/Smokes/Coffee–good for bartering and general psychological well-being during a crisis.
Stop looking towards either of the two Establishment puppets for anything even approaching Hope or Change. Both represent interests and agenda that are exactly opposite these things.
