That’s a wrap
It’s been a long road. I watched Barack Obama get elected from Costa Rica. I watched Mexican federales raid us on the Pacific coast. I followed some dude named Pablo in Chile. I threw knives for money in Uruguay. In Argentina, I ate something called a superpancho, learned how to order bleeding steaks, and ran a three-day long con.
I’ll get to all those stories in due time, but for now, my body is finished. I’m sick, tired, and can barely stand up. My run through Central and South America was a good one, but I’m glad the season is in the books. I’m happy to be home where I belong. I’m going to sleep for 24 hours and then get on with life for a couple months.
For now, that’s a wrap on the Latin American Poker Tour.
I’d like to be the first to welcome myself home.
Welcome home friend. Welcom home.
And no new puppies or whatever; so you at least avoided all that angst. Sit down, relax, have a crayon.
